Our Story
Adventure Dinners began in 2019, when I started gathering small groups of girlfriends over wine, cheese, charcuterie, and other simple bites—just as a way to slow down and celebrate each other.
What made it an “adventure” was the setting. We took everything outdoors into some of San Diego’s most beautiful spaces—from Sunset Cliffs and the Gliderport in La Jolla, to hidden canyons and local parks. Those gatherings became something more than just dinners—they became experiences. That’s how the idea of the “adventure dinner” was born: shared food, shared moments, and some of the most scenic views in the city.
Over time, Adventure Dinners naturally evolved into Pallet to Palate—a curated dining experience centered around custom charcuterie and cheese boards, designed for beautiful outdoor settings in San Diego and beyond.
As this next chapter begins, my family and I are making a move to Santa Barbara in 2026, where I’ll be continuing Pallet to Palate and bringing these grazing experiences to the Central Coast. I’m so excited to create in a new setting and share this experience with a new community.
